1. A credit card is required to book your appointment, 

​2. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or No Call/No Show your card will be charged a fee.  Fees are based on the length of time your dog is booked. 

IE: 1 hour = $20 

    2 hour = $40 

In the event that you book mobile grooming and do not cancel within 24 hours, a mobile grooming fee along with a cancellation fee may apply if the groomer shows up to your location. 

3. Current Rabies vaccination is required for all grooming appointments.  If the vaccination is not current at the time of the groom, clients may be subject to a late cancellation charge.  Updated vaccinations can be emailed to info@champsdoghouse.com or uploaded to the Gingr for Pet Parents App.
