At Champ's we are continuing to strive to create a culture where our team can continue to grow and we can set ourselves up for future facilities and long term success.  Below is a current organizational chart.  Positions that are shaded are positions that are slated for future growth opportunities.

While Pat will continue to grow our training program in select markets across the country, Michael will continue to focus on operational and financial growth in South Jersey.  Both will continue to plan for the future location located in Southampton.  Below are some images of the proposed facility.

In order to continue to improve the culture, conditions, and service at Champ's while continuing to secure our growth we have created several new positions that will help create long term stability within the operation.

These positions are as follows:

  • Director of Operations

  • FOH Supervisor (Medford)

  • Daycare & Boarding Supervisor (Medford)

  • Facilities Supervisor (Medford)

  • Mt. Laurel Manager 

  • Marlton Manager

Job descriptions for the open positions are below.  If you are interested in one of those positions, please see Beth or Michael to set up time to speak about the position and expectations. ​

As we continue to grow future opportunities may become available.  Some that come to mind may be Grooming Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Customer Service Manager, In-House Trainer, External Marketing Manager, and Director of Training.  While these positions are not available yet it is our hope that with continued growth and success we can create more opportunities for growth.
