Credit Cards on File
Due to a change in our credit card processing system our new system requires a credit card to be on file for booking all future appointments. If you do not have a credit card on file please update your credit card on file in the app by clicking here: https://geni.us/NA6Z

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or No Call/No Show your card will be charged a fee. Fees are based on the length of time your dog is booked.
IE: 1 hour = $20
2 hour = $40
